100% Permanent Works Manager (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Write and supervise submissions with precision
• Ensure the management and technical follow-up of construction sites
• Develop and control financial plans throughout projects
• Effectively manage accounts, invoicing, and monitoring reports
• Provide support for project design and planning

Profile

• Federal Certificate of Competence as a building draughtsman or equivalent training
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a works management position
• Autonomous, rigorous, with a good team spirit and a strong sense of responsibility
• Comfortable with MS Office tools and other industry software
• Excellent command of French, spoken and written – another language is an asset
• Driving licence essential
