For our client, a modern Swiss industrial company in the Buchs SG area, we are looking for an independent and technically strong personality as a Polymechanic CNC Milling / Manufacturing Technology 80-100% (m/f).
In this role, you manufacture precise components on CNC milling machines and actively apply your knowledge in mechanical manufacturing. You work on modern machines, check quality, and support technical improvements in everyday manufacturing.
- Manufacturing precise individual parts, small series and assembly components
- Reading and implementing technical drawings, work plans and inspection documents
- Performing dimensional checks and quality inspections
- Changing and adjusting tools, clamping devices and fixtures
- Collaborating in the optimisation of machining processes and manufacturing workflows
- Supporting prototypes, special parts and technical adjustments
- Maintenance and care of machines as well as compliance with order and safety regulations
- Experience in CNC milling or mechanical manufacturing
- Good understanding of drawings, tolerances, materials and machining
- Experience with Heidenhain, Siemens, Fanuc or comparable controls is an advantage
- Independent, precise and quality-conscious working style
- Technical interest and enjoyment of modern manufacturing
- Team-oriented and reliable personality
- Good German language skills, both spoken and written

- Collaborating in the optimisation of machining processes and manufacturing workflows

Profile
- Completed training as a polymechanic, production mechanic or CNC mechanic- Experience in CNC milling or mechanical manufacturing
