Building Mason / Civil Engineering (M/F)

• Contract type: Long-term temporary assignment

Your main tasks

• Building (Structural work and renovation):

  • Assembly of walls in bricks, concrete blocks, prefabricated elements and stones.

  • Traditional formwork (wood) and metal formwork system (Doka, Peri).

  • Placement of reinforcements/rebar, pouring and vibrating concrete for walls, slabs and pillars.

  • Surface treatment (smoothing, trowelling, screeding).

  • Demolition work, opening of bays, plastering and repair.

• Civil engineering and public works:

  • Earthworks, sanitation and laying of underground pipes/networks.

  • Installation of curbs, paving stones, slabs and construction of concrete slabs.

  • Urban development and roadworks (TP/VRD).

• Safety and organisation:

  • Reading execution plans and marking out.

  • Strict application of safety rules on site (SUVA standards).

Your profile

• Experience: Successful experience of at least 2 years on construction or civil engineering sites in Switzerland.

• Skills: Good physical condition, resilience to outdoor work and great autonomy.
