For our marketing and communications team in Zurich, we are looking for a committed individual from December 2026 as a Specialist Marketing & Communications (60–70 %). The position is fixed-term as part of a maternity cover until end of July 2027.
In this versatile role, you will independently manage marketing and communication projects for various medical specialities and work closely with internal specialists, doctors and other partners.

YOUR TASKS
- You implement the marketing strategy for the specialities Hirslanden Baby, Neurology, Radiology and Complementary Medicine in a target group-oriented manner and aligned with the company’s objectives.
- You plan and execute marketing measures and campaigns for the various specialities – from social media activities and themed campaigns to digital and printed marketing materials.
- You plan and organise the monthly information evenings for expectant parents and contribute to the conception and implementation of further events and theme days for the medical specialities.
- You design and implement internal and external communication measures for the supported specialities and communicate relevant topics, projects and events.
YOUR PROFILE
- You have completed training or studies in marketing, communications, business administration or hold a comparable qualification.
- You bring professional experience in marketing and/or communications, ideally in a project management role.
- You have experience in the conception and implementation of marketing and communication measures (including events).
- You possess good editorial skills and a sense for target group- and channel-appropriate communication.
- You are a communicative and team-oriented personality and enjoy working with different departments and stakeholders.
