Finance Employee (m/f/d)
Role:
The company is a specialised consulting and service firm focusing on quality management, process optimisation, and sustainable corporate development. With high expertise, many years of experience, and a strong customer orientation, it supports companies from various industries in analysing, further developing, and optimising their business and management processes.
Responsibilities:
You ensure correct and timely processing of accounts receivable and accounts payable.
You keep track of incoming and outgoing payments and are responsible for ongoing liquidity planning.
You manage dunning processes and ensure the clarification of outstanding claims with customers and suppliers.
Preparing VAT returns as well as maintaining contracts, master data, and documents are also part of your duties.
Additionally, you support administration and office organisation and work closely with external service providers.
Qualifications:
A commercial education with further training in finance forms your professional foundation.
You bring practical experience in finance or administration as well as knowledge of VAT accounting.
You are familiar with the basics of the Swiss Code of Obligations and Swiss VAT law.
You are proficient in MS Office.
You communicate very well in German and well in English.
