Dipl. Nurse Specialist mbV for Support of Surgical Ward 50 - 100%
Your tasks
- Expertise on call: You support the team occasionally during acute situations and peak workloads.
- Eagle eye: You recognise critical changes instantly and act immediately.
- Team booster: You have your colleagues’ backs and ensure smooth shift operations.
- Flexible late shift: Your working hours (between 14:45 and 23:09) are defined together from Monday to Friday. Occasional day shifts ensure quality.
- Safe start: To get fully up to speed, you will be thoroughly trained for at least 80% over 3 months.
Your profile
- The foundation: Dipl. Nurse HF/FH with advanced expertise (IMC course / trainer or NDS intensive / emergency care)
- The character: Flexible, decisive, confident and absolutely stress-resistant.
- The working style: Independent, team-oriented and assertive.
