Service Technician 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• You are responsible for the maintenance, servicing and repair of technical systems and machines at our customers' premises

• You carry out installations, assemblies and commissioning of technical systems

• You analyse faults and errors and resolve them quickly and reliably

• You provide competent advice to our customers on technical questions and optimisation possibilities

• You document your completed work and prepare service reports

• You work closely with your colleagues and the deployment planning team

What do I need to be successful?

• You have completed technical training, e.g. as a mechatronics technician, electrician, industrial mechanic or a comparable qualification

• Ideally, you have professional experience in the service sector

• You possess manual dexterity and technical understanding

• You work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner

• You are flexible, reliable and enjoy customer contact

• You hold a category B driving licence

• You are willing to undertake assignments in the field
