Technical Team Leader - Electrical Field

As part of the development of its activities, an organisation active in the management and operation of technical infrastructures is seeking a Technical Team Leader specialised in the electrical field.

Reporting to the operational management, you will supervise a technical team dedicated to the operation, maintenance and monitoring of electrical installations. You will also participate in the management of infrastructure modernisation projects and the deployment of new measurement equipment.

• Supervise, organise and support a team of specialised technicians.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements, particularly within the framework of the OIBT.
• Plan and coordinate operation, maintenance and inspection activities.
• Lead technical projects for equipment renewal and modernisation.
• Monitor completed services, budgets and performance indicators.
• Collaborate with various internal and external partners to ensure the quality of services provided.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of processes and working methods.

• Higher education in the field of electricity or an equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience in managing technical teams.
• Excellent knowledge of OIBT regulations.
• Experience in managing technical projects and monitoring electrical installations.
• Ability to unite a team, make decisions and manage priorities.
• Ease in dealing with various stakeholders and a strong service orientation.
