What is my role?

• Independent setup, programming and operation of CNC milling machines

• Manufacture of precision parts according to technical drawings and specifications

• Monitoring and optimisation of the manufacturing process

• Carrying out quality controls and dimensional inspections

• Maintenance and servicing of the machines

• Collaboration with production management to improve production workflows

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a polymechanic, CNC milling machine operator or a comparable qualification

• Professional experience in CNC milling

• Sound knowledge in programming and operating CNC milling machines (Heidenhain, Siemens, Fanuc)

• Confident handling of technical drawings and measuring instruments

• High quality awareness and precise working method

• Teamwork skills and willingness to work shifts

• Good German language skills, spoken and written
