What to expect

• On our two oncological inpatient wards Q (30 beds) and R (19 beds), we support patients in highly complex and often challenging life situations. The professional focus lies in haemato-oncology and radio-oncology
• We care, treat, explain, listen and stay present, even when it gets difficult. Our work is characterised by high professionalism, empathy and interprofessional collaboration
• With us, you work closely in an interprofessional team and, in consultation with a daily reference person (certified nursing specialist HF/BScN), take responsibility for the care of patients during and after intensive oncological therapies. Within your area of competence, you work independently

What you bring

• Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
• Good German language skills (at least B1/B2)
• Enjoyment of demanding and care-intensive support situations
• Resilience, reliability and the ability to keep an overview even in demanding situations
• Willingness to work shifts and weekends
• Team spirit, willingness to learn and appreciative communication
• Enjoyment in contributing to shaping
