- Prepare IB DP students thoroughly for all assessment components, including external examinations and the Philosophy Internal Assessment.
- Update and refine curriculum schemes of work and assessment tasks aligned with IB criteria and Ecolint's pedagogical standards.
- Provide timely, constructive feedback and differentiated support; connect philosophical inquiry to real-world global challenges, Theory of Knowledge (TOK), and cross-curricular humanities themes.
- Record and report on student progress, maintaining regular communication with parents, mentors, and leadership.
- Participate actively in subject-group meetings, moderation, pedagogical planning, mentor responsibilities, parent-teacher evenings, and extracurricular initiatives.
