International Mechanical Engineering Service Technician (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- Inspection and preliminary acceptance of plant components in Schlieren ZH
- Responsibility for planning and execution of assembly and installation at our worldwide customers
- Commissioning of systems, plants, and components at our customers
- Final acceptance of plants, as well as modifications and conversions, troubleshooting, revisions, and repairs
- Training of customer personnel regarding operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and safety devices
- Preparation of technical reports from customer assignments
Qualifications:
- Basic training as a polymechanic (electrical or mechanical engineer)
- Practical professional experience in demanding plant engineering
- Advanced knowledge in electrical engineering, reading schematics, and interpreting technical drawings
- Basic knowledge in pneumatics, hydraulics, drive technology, and PLC controls
- Very good German skills; English at least B1 level; additional languages advantageous
- Willingness for intensive, long-term, worldwide stays abroad with 80 - 90% travel activity
- Independent, flexible, and resilient personality with organisational and communication talent
