Modern software requires a platform that combines speed, security, and stability. In this position, you will shape exactly this foundation and continuously develop a powerful container platform with Kubernetes and OpenShift.
Responsibilities:
Engineering a modern enterprise container platform
Further development and standardisation of OpenShift and Kubernetes clusters
Building automated platform and deployment processes
Developing self-service solutions for developer teams
Implementing GitOps methods with modern tools such as Argo CD
Automating infrastructure with Terraform and Ansible
Developing robust CI/CD pipelines
Integrating security and compliance throughout the development process
Building a modern observability landscape
Optimising logging, monitoring, and alerting
Supporting the migration of existing applications to container platforms
Advising development teams on cloud-native architectures
Improving availability, scalability, and performance
Analysing technical challenges within the platform
Actively shaping the future platform engineering strategy
Qualifications:
Several years of experience in DevOps, Kubernetes, or platform engineering environments
Very good knowledge of Kubernetes and OpenShift
Experience with containerisation and cloud-native technologies
Good knowledge of Linux
Experience with GitOps, CI/CD, or infrastructure as code
Practical experience with Terraform, Ansible, or comparable automation solutions
Understanding of microservices and modern software architectures
Interest in security, observability, and platform automation
Independent and structured working style
Enjoyment in actively shaping technical standards and platforms
