YOUR TASKS
- As part of our surgical nursing team, you help ensure that our patients feel they are in the best hands with us
- To familiarise yourself with our ward routine, you will also be assigned to early and late shifts during your induction, after which you will work exclusively night shifts
- With overview and skill, you implement prescribed measures, recognise and manage emergency situations, maintain electronic patient documentation and ensure smooth information flow
- In hectic moments, you are the rock in the surf and keep a cool head
- You support new employees and students during their introduction and thus contribute to the success of the whole team – in a working day that presents new challenges every day
YOUR PROFILE
- You are a qualified nurse with passion and joy for the profession or have an equivalent qualification recognised by the SRK
- The night is your time: you enjoy working night shifts and appreciate organising your working days independently
- Whether you have just completed your training or are already very experienced – you are warmly welcome with us either way
- You are motivated, a team player, reliable and help to continuously develop our ward
- A friendly, empathetic approach to our patients is as important to you as a good work-life balance
