Responsibilities:
You ensure the professional management of the rental contracts for our fitness locations and handle all contractual matters with landlords and subtenants.
For contract changes, extensions, and option exercises, you coordinate the necessary steps and keep all relevant documents up to date.
By monitoring notice periods, deadlines, and contractual obligations, you ensure compliance with lease agreement requirements.
You clarify questions regarding renovations, refurbishments, dismantling obligations, landlord approvals, as well as heating and ancillary cost statements, and coordinate external specialists if necessary.
Qualifications:
A completed vocational training with a Federal VET Diploma forms your professional foundation.
You bring several years of professional experience in commercial lease management or the management of commercial properties.
You maintain an overview even with complex issues and handle contracts and deadlines independently and carefully.
Your target-group-appropriate communication and confident manner facilitate exchange with external partners and internal departments.
You have impeccable German language skills.
