Shift Supervisor 100% (f)

For our valued client in Winterthur, we are looking for a motivated and assertive shift supervisor (100%) starting in September. You will take on the operational leadership of a dynamic team and ensure smooth processes during the late shift.

• Leadership & Motivation: Operational management of a female team of approximately 10 to 14 employees.

• Process Control: Ensuring efficient workflows as well as compliance with quality and specification standards.

• System Support: Data entry, data maintenance and documentation in the ERP system Odoo as well as in MS Excel.

• Shift Planning: Coordination and organisation of shift tasks.

• Contact Person: Interface between the team and management.

• Leadership Experience (REQUIRED): Proven experience in personnel management.

• Language Skills (REQUIRED): Good German skills (at least level B1).

• IT Skills: Confident use of MS Excel and experience with ERP tools (preferably Odoo).

• Working Hours & Flexibility:

  • 2nd Shift: 16:00 – 23:00 (max. until 00:00)

  • Weekend: Every second Saturday from 08:00 – 18:00

• Personality: Strong communication skills, highly organised, resilient and empathetic.

• Trial Days: As part of the selection process, 3 trial days will take place so that you can get to know the team and processes optimally.

• Opportunities: Temporary employment with the option of extension/ permanent position if suitable.
