Mission
Provide the best possible shopping experience to customers through optimal management of product availability, presentation and sales promotion.
Lead and motivate employees by ensuring, for the assigned area, the maintenance of key figures such as net product, clearances, personnel costs, waste and inventory differences.
Also comply with quality and presentation guidelines at the POS: freshness, quality, hygiene, temperatures, expiry dates.
Also ensure the management of the sales point in the absence of the manager.

Experience in a comparable role with leadership tasks
High availability and strong service orientation
Flexibility in working hours
Autonomous and rigorous work, ease in handling IT tools
Perfect command of written and spoken French
