Certified Watchmaker (M/F)

• Ensure the complete assembly, adjustment, casing, and final inspection of high-quality mechanical movements (automatic movements, chronographs and/or complications depending on profile).

• Perform technical diagnosis, servicing and retouching of watch components in strict compliance with the Maison's quality criteria and aesthetic standards.

• Detect any non-conformities, analyse malfunctions and participate in the continuous improvement of workshop processes.

• Accurately complete manufacturing orders and traceability records in the internal ERP system.

Your profile:

• Mandatory holder of a Certified Watchmaker CFC (Servicer or Practitioner) or equivalent recognised diploma (BMA, DMA, CAP/BP Watchmaking, WOSTEP).

• Proven experience of at least 3 to 5 years in a similar position within a manufacture.

• Confirmed mastery of mechanical movements with complications and fitting of watch complications.

• Impeccable dexterity, excellent visual acuity, rigour, meticulousness and a keen eye for detail.

• Team spirit, autonomy in the role and absolute respect for the confidentiality required in the watchmaking environment.
