Role:
As a Service Technician Ventilation Technology, you are responsible for the professional support of our customers in the service area. You carry out assembly and installation work, analyse technical faults, and ensure reliable operation of the ventilation systems with your solution-oriented approach.
Responsibilities:
Carrying out assembly and installation work in the service area
Analysing, locating, and rectifying various types of faults
Commissioning and functional testing of systems and objects
Independent support of our customers from the following sectors:
Private customers
Commercial
Industry
Ensuring high customer satisfaction through competent advice and reliable services
Qualifications:
Completed training as a ventilation system builder EFZ
Further training as a service technician is an advantage
Several years of professional experience as a service technician
Team-oriented, responsible, and customer-focused personality
Solution-oriented, efficient, and clean working style
Neat and professional appearance
Driving licence Category B
