Role:

The company is the national transmission system operator and plays a central role in the secure and reliable supply of electricity. With high technical competence, state-of-the-art infrastructure, and a clear focus on supply security, it ensures the operation and further development of critical energy infrastructures and makes a significant contribution to the stability of the energy system.

Responsibilities:

• In this leadership role, you are responsible for the company’s overall financial management including planning, reporting, and strategic controlling.

• You ensure the correct preparation of financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER, OR, and regulatory accounting requirements.

• You lead the departments of accounting, controlling, and energy data, continuously developing processes, organisation, and staff.

• You are responsible for energy data management and energy economic billing in compliance with regulatory requirements.

• You work closely with management, authorities, and industry partners and represent the company in relevant expert committees.

• Additionally, you drive digitalisation forward and establish modern data and AI solutions for automation, analysis, and decision support.

Qualifications:

• You hold a master’s degree in finance, business administration, or a comparable field, as well as advanced training in finance.

• You have many years of leadership experience and solid expertise in accounting, controlling, and corporate finance.

• You bring experience in a regulated environment and in successfully implementing strategic transformation and digitalisation projects.

• Modern IT technologies, data-driven corporate management, and AI applications are part of your skill set.

• You convince with analytical strength, entrepreneurial thinking, a hands-on mentality, and strong communication skills.

• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile.
