Mobile Site Manager (m/f/d)

You design technical solutions and coordinate the construction of mobile radio stations. As a site manager, you analyse complex projects, define the execution of assignments while respecting technical and financial requirements. You plan resources, ensure profitability, and coordinate stakeholders on sites while meeting deadlines. Based in French-speaking Switzerland, you join a committed team and advance high-impact projects.

• Management of new construction projects or development of mobile telephony stations
• Technical and financial responsibility and supervision of partners
• Order management, internal resource management, and coordination of all stakeholders
• Combining fieldwork, technical expertise, and team management
• Workplace in Penthalaz with travel throughout French-speaking Switzerland

Your skills

• Technical apprenticeship with professional diploma (CFC) or equivalent training in telecommunications
• Several years of experience in site management, ideally in mobile telecommunications or infrastructure
• Good IT skills and ability to work with technical documentation and plans
• Ability to work at heights required or willingness to undertake the corresponding training
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• You are a flexible, organised, structured, and solution-oriented person
• Reliable and stress-resistant, you are comfortable in a dynamic environment
• You have a very good level of French; English and/or German are an asset
