Role:
In this exciting position, you will take responsibility for the technical development of our production facilities and processes. You will work on innovative solutions in compounding and extrusion, directly contributing to increased efficiency, quality, and sustainability.
Responsibilities:
Optimisation and further development of the plant equipment in collaboration with the production sites
Support and implementation of investment and development projects in the area of compounding and extrusion
Execution and evaluation of process engineering trials
Analysis and improvement of existing production processes
Supervision of scale-up projects and ensuring a smooth series start-up
Qualifications:
Degree or further education (HF/TS) in plastics, process, or mechanical engineering
Several years of experience in compounding and extrusion
Good knowledge of process engineering and materials science (polymers, additives)
Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
Very good German skills spoken and written
