Experienced Project Manager

Our two companies, Irbis Consulting and Cougar Management, are consulting firms active in the real estate sector. They undertake a variety of missions including delegation/representation of project ownership, real estate development, organisation of procedures (architecture competitions, calls for tenders, investor search) as well as project management, in French-speaking Switzerland.

Experienced Project Manager

Your main tasks

• advise public and private project owners throughout their construction project
• coordinate the work of contractors and companies
• assist our clients with large-scale projects (airport, hospitals, etc.)
• manage construction projects carried out using traditional methods (separate lots) or general/total contracting
• organise architecture competitions and calls for tenders for contractors and total companies

Your required profile

• Engineer/Architect – 5 to 10 years of experience required
• Technical knowledge (mandatory)
• Experience in Construction Management (an asset)
• Possess interpersonal intelligence and good writing skills
• Responsible and customer service oriented
• Autonomy, efficiency and rigour characterise you
• French (mandatory) – German/English (an asset)
