Care Assistant

At the Belp retirement home, 45 residents ranging from independent to severely in need of care spend their final stage of life. Our goal is to support the residents and their relatives in such a way that their quality of life remains as high as possible despite limitations. We offer them needs-oriented care and support, competent medical provision, and stimulating daily activities.

What to expect

• Assistance with the care and support of residents and documentation in the electronic system
• Assistance in implementing the care mission statement
• Household tasks (cleaning and disposal duties, errands, food orders)
• Co-responsibility for the provision of care materials and aids as well as careful and economical handling of these

What you bring

• Completed SRK Care Assistant course
• Several years of experience in the care sector
• Communication and organisational skills
• Motivated, resilient and independent personality
• Enjoyment and aptitude in working with elderly people
• Team spirit, independence and flexibility
