Responsibilities:
- Carrying out preventive maintenance and servicing work on production machines
- Independent fault finding and repairs of controls in the technologies CMOS/TTL logic, microcontrollers and PLCs.
- Adjustments to existing machine controls
- Documenting completed work in the maintenance planner and updating electrical schematics (Target, TinyCAD)
- Performing repairs and preventive maintenance tasks on existing production facilities
- Occasional mechanical work (metalworking, pneumatics)
- Instructing/training apprentices and employees in production
Qualifications:
- Completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician EFZ, Mechatronics Technician EFZ, Automation Technician EFZ or equivalent qualification.
- Confident reading of work according to circuit diagrams and schematics
- Reliability, punctuality, flexible regarding working hours
- Willingness to work shifts and be on call
- Experience with logic circuits in CMOS/TTL & PLC technology
- Experience in microcontroller C8051 programming
- Several years of professional experience in electronics and automation technology is an advantage
- Fluent German language skills
