Trust Specialist (m/f/d)
Role:
An innovative Swiss company specialising in demanding technical and industrial solutions. With high expertise and a strong commitment to quality, the company develops customised products and services for various applications and industries. Modern technologies, efficient processes, and the continuous development of existing solutions are central success factors.
The manageable structures allow for short decision-making paths and provide space to contribute your own ideas and take on responsibility.
Responsibilities:
You manage diverse mandates in finance and accounting and ensure reliable processing of ongoing bookkeeping.
You independently prepare VAT returns and assist in the preparation of interim and annual financial statements.
In the tax area, you participate in declarations for private individuals and companies and can continuously expand your expertise.
Additionally, you take on tasks in payroll administration as well as payroll declarations and social security processes.
Managing real estate accounting and supporting administrative tasks in property management add variety to your daily work.
Qualifications:
You have completed a commercial apprenticeship.
Several years of practical experience in accounting or the fiduciary environment enable you to confidently enter this versatile role.
You are proficient with Office 365 and digital tools.
You work precisely and in a structured manner, keep an overview even with different mandates, and gladly take on responsibility.
You have confident German language skills.
