- Analysis and resolution of complex issues related to IT security, network and infrastructure
- Support in the implementation, configuration and optimisation of security solutions
- Technical troubleshooting as well as support in demanding support and escalation cases
- Conducting technical product presentations, workshops and training sessions
- Close technical collaboration with international cyber security manufacturers
- Continuous development of product, technology and market knowledge
- Active knowledge transfer to partners as well as within the engineering team
- Several years or solid practical experience in network, infrastructure or security environments
- Good knowledge in several areas such as firewall, routing/switching, WLAN, endpoint security or e-mail security
- Strong analytical thinking and enjoyment in understanding technical contexts in detail
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style with high quality standards
- Enjoyment of direct exchange with customers, partners and other technical specialists
- Fluent German skills (C2) as well as very good English skills (B2+)
- High willingness to learn and motivation to continuously engage with new security technologies and products
- Possession of a category B driving licence

Responsibilities
- Technical advice and support for IT partners in the pre-sales and post-sales environment- Analysis and resolution of complex issues related to IT security, network and infrastructure
- Support in the implementation, configuration and optimisation of security solutions
- Technical troubleshooting as well as support in demanding support and escalation cases
- Conducting technical product presentations, workshops and training sessions
- Close technical collaboration with international cyber security manufacturers
- Continuous development of product, technology and market knowledge
- Active knowledge transfer to partners as well as within the engineering team
Profile
- Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ system technology/platform development with IT further education (HF/FH) in the field of IT network and/or IT (cyber) security- Several years or solid practical experience in network, infrastructure or security environments
- Good knowledge in several areas such as firewall, routing/switching, WLAN, endpoint security or e-mail security
- Strong analytical thinking and enjoyment in understanding technical contexts in detail
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style with high quality standards
- Enjoyment of direct exchange with customers, partners and other technical specialists
- Fluent German skills (C2) as well as very good English skills (B2+)
