Responsibilities:
- You manage the accounting for the real estate investment foundation, real estate corporation, and holding company
- In this role, you prepare quarterly and annual financial statements on time and in accordance with Swiss Code of Obligations and Swiss GAAP FER
- As a Senior Accountant Real Estate, you calculate monthly net asset values and financial ratios and handle complex transactions from an accounting perspective
- You coordinate all tax matters in collaboration with the external tax advisor
- In this role, you prepare all necessary financial documents for the external audit and act as the contact person throughout the audit process
- As a Senior Accountant Real Estate, you conduct liquidity planning, contribute to budgeting and forecasting, and document internal controls
Qualifications:
- You have a commercial education and further business training with a focus on finance/accounting (or are close to completion)
- You bring professional experience in accounting for corporations, investment foundations, or in fiduciary or real estate environments, or you are a committed junior talent with development potential
- You enjoy taking responsibility, are motivated, and want to develop professionally
- You work in a structured, precise, and reliable manner and are characterised by strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
- You present yourself professionally and communicate fluently with internal and external contacts
- You have good user knowledge of Microsoft Excel, experience with common accounting systems (ideally Abacus), and command fluent German
