AI-Oriented Full-Stack Development (m/f/d)
Role:
In this role, you lead AI-oriented full-stack development and thus decisively shape the technological direction of complex digital projects. You are responsible for the design, implementation, and further development of scalable applications in which modern AI components are seamlessly integrated into frontend and backend architectures. You take on the technical leadership in the development process, make technical architecture decisions, and ensure high quality standards in code, security, and performance. You analyse requirements, translate them into robust technical solutions, and continuously optimise existing systems. Additionally, you drive innovations in the field of artificial intelligence, evaluate new technologies, and implement best practices in full-stack development.
Responsibilities:
In this role, you take on the technical leadership of AI-oriented full-stack development projects with a high degree of creative freedom.
You design and implement customised software solutions across the entire technology stack.
As an AI-oriented full-stack developer, you coordinate mandates and align requirements with internal and external stakeholders.
You promote the use of modern AI and software technologies and ensure their efficient integration into customer solutions.
In this role, you foster a flexible, modern way of working within the team and support the continuous improvement of processes and methods.
Qualifications:
- Completed education in computer science (university, ETH, FH or HF).
- At least 8 years of experience as a full-stack developer in large, complex software projects.
- Very good knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, Angular, TypeScript and JavaScript as well as practical experience with microservices architectures.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP) and container technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker.
- Confident in the use of modern methods and tools (Agile/Scrum/SAFe, CI/CD, Git, Jira, Confluence) as well as clean code, design patterns and SOLID principles.
- Fluent German skills at native level or at least C1, as well as strong communication and consulting skills, especially for AI-supported solutions.
