In our state-of-the-art logistics centre at the new location in Oensingen, an exciting and responsible role awaits you. As an Operations Coordinator

you ensure smooth logistical processes together with the team. You coordinate daily tasks, optimise processes, and also get involved operationally.

Your Responsibilities

• Initiation, implementation and coordination of measures to optimise operational processes and workflows
• Support, training and development of key users and system operators
• Participation in project teams as well as independent management and implementation of projects
• Coordination between various interfaces (Operations Manager, Department, WPS, Technical, etc.)
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations in the work area
  
  

What You Bring

• Completed vocational training in logistics, technology, or food sector
• Further training in logistics as well as experience in a comparable role
• Very good knowledge of MS Office programmes, SAP EWM is an advantage
• Independent and organised working style in daily tasks as well as strong curiosity and proactivity
• Work experience in the food industry is an advantage
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form, French or English is an advantage
