ERP Software Engineer (m/f/d)

In this role, you do not just want to develop software but directly experience how your solutions truly make a difference for customers. As an ERP Software Engineer Consultant, you combine your technical know-how with a deep understanding of business processes. You develop customised ERP solutions and ensure they optimally support the users' requirements. You accompany the entire development cycle and ensure that the deployed software creates sustainable added value.
Responsibilities:
You help shape how customers from trade and production map their ERP processes
Depending on your experience, you work on or lead customer projects in this role
You gather customer needs, write specifications, and create detailed analyses across all relevant business areas
In this role, you develop suitable solutions and implement them at the customer
You maintain exchange with customers and partners on an equal footing as the central contact person
Qualifications:
- You are technically skilled and programme at medium to high level, ideally in the database environment with Oracle and PL-SQL.
- You are very familiar with agentic coding, even if you do not programme yourself.
- You handle AI confidently and use it competently as empowerment.
- You enjoy solving real customer problems and think in terms of service rather than tickets.
- You act proactively, withstand pressure and responsibility, and go the extra mile when it matters.
- You appreciate freedom in your workday, do not need large hierarchies, and enjoy further education.
