System Engineer - Microsoft/Support (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Active participation in IT projects as a technical contact person - you contribute your expertise and jointly develop practical solutions with the team
Structured analysis of professional requirements and development of sound decision-making bases for project undertakings
Coordination with internal and external stakeholders to develop viable and feasible solutions in the operational context
Handling complex 2nd-level incidents, including root cause analysis, definition of measures and follow-up on implementation
Maintenance and quality assurance of technical documentation, focusing on up-to-dateness, clarity and comprehensibility
Qualifications:
Completed technical training in the ICT field
Experience in 2nd-level support as well as practical knowledge as a system engineer, ideally in a versatile, dynamic environment
Confident handling of Microsoft technologies, including server, Azure, Microsoft 365 and security topics
Strong team skills and service orientation, with enjoyment in teamwork and exchange with internal and external contacts
