Infrastructure Site Manager (m/f/d)

At cablex, you take responsibility for infrastructure sites in French-speaking Switzerland as an Infrastructure Site Manager. Within a committed team, you rely on modern methods and a strong safety culture. You advance high-impact projects for the region and clients, from planning to delivery. In a collaborative environment, you learn, share, and take initiatives.

• Organise and supervise infrastructure work on sites
• Ensure coordination of internal teams and subcontractors
• Guarantee respect for deadlines, quality, and safety standards
• Monitor work progress and report to project managers
• Work location in French-speaking Switzerland with travel to sites

Your skills

• Technical apprenticeship with Federal VET Diploma (CFC)
• Proven experience in site management, ideally in network infrastructures
• Mastery of work organisation, coordination of teams and subcontractors, respect for deadlines, quality, and safety standards
• Comfortable with common IT tools and site reporting
• Sense of responsibility, you communicate clearly with clients and partners
• Team spirit, you promote collaboration on site
• Very good French and good English; German is an asset
• Driving licence essential; residence located within 45 minutes maximum from Lausanne
