About the job
Being there for people – with heart and competence
At NÄGELIGASSE, around 140 residents, mainly from Nidwalden, are cared for. Our individual care, support, and housing services provide quality of life in old age. Our motivated team consists of more than 240 employees. The residents and our team look forward to welcoming you.
The 13-member kitchen team maintains a traditional and creative cuisine with fresh ingredients. Every lunchtime, a buffet with salads, soups, and two seasonal hot menus is available for our guests.

Your tasks
- You regularly take on the daily responsibility of kitchen operations
- You share responsibility for the preparation, production, and adherence to quality standards of all meals
- You participate in the training of apprentices
- You share responsibility for the maintenance of all devices and machines
Your profile
- You are a motivated and reliable person who prepares delicious dishes with passion
- You are a customer-oriented and responsible professional with a high understanding of service and quality
- You are a team player and communication talent and feel comfortable in a dynamic environment
- You enjoy taking on coordination and leadership tasks
