Certified Nurse HF/FH/DNII as RAI LCTF Responsible 40-50%

Your tasks

• You are responsible, among other things, for ensuring the correct implementation of the RAI system according to legal and contractual bases
• You monitor the RAI-LTCF-supported nursing process in our institution and conduct random checks
• You coach and instruct all persons involved in the nursing process with the RAI-LTCF in an appropriate manner
• You introduce new employees to the RAI system and support them in its practical application in everyday nursing
• You conduct in-house RAI-relevant training sessions
• You check the accuracy and traceability of care effort group relevant MDS codings based on nursing documentation
• You play a significant role in quality management by interpreting the RAI quality indicators

Your profile

• Completed training as a certified nurse HF/FH/DNII or an equivalent qualification recognised by the SRK
• Several years of professional experience in long-term care

• Completion of the RAI LTCF expert course is an advantage (at least supervisor training)

• Understanding of nursing financing and service billing
• Enthusiasm for coaching, instructing and supporting employees
• Efficient, solution- and process-oriented working style
• An open, appreciative attitude and enjoyment of working in an interdisciplinary team
