Clerk: Patient Admission, with Additional Function for VVG Patients

This is what the daily work routine looks like

• Admission and maintenance of case data for inpatient and outpatient patients at the counter and on the phone

• Patient advice on administrative questions and class selection

• Checking and processing various lists as well as responsibility for complete documentation and ensuring cost coverage of the treatment

• Handling administrative processes with internal departments and external agencies

• Processing changes such as hospital transfers, class changes and relocations

• Support of VVG patients in the administrative area as well as obtaining missing documents and signatures on the ward in the patient room.

Skills and potential

• You enjoy working in an organised and precise manner, enjoy direct contact with people and want to actively help shape a new function.

• You have completed a commercial basic training and have experience in the medical or social insurance environment.

• You have training and/or experience in the nursing, care or medical field.

• You have very good German language skills in spoken and written form and can also communicate orally in other foreign languages.

• You are proficient in the use of common MS Office applications and work accurately and reliably.

• You are a team player, flexible, independent, resilient and have a strong service mentality.

• You enjoy personal contact with patients and impress with your confident and appreciative manner.

• You are an organisational talent, like to take responsibility and enjoy helping to shape new processes.
