Your tasks with your new employer

• You support managers in all operational HR topics
• You manage sensitive or complex HR situations by balancing the needs of the organisation, teams, and managers
• You actively participate in the implementation of HR processes
• You contribute to supporting organisational changes by providing assistance to managers and teams

• You have proven experience as an HR Business Partner
• You have excellent command of French and ideally German
• You are comfortable managing complex situations and advising managers
• You are pragmatic, autonomous, and solution-oriented
