HR Sales Consultant - Customer Enthusiasm as a Drive! (m/f/d)

• You turn potential and existing customers into fans 
• You enthusiastically bring HR and sales together
• You proactively call potential new customers and inspire them with our HR solutions
• You are responsible for the entire sales life cycle from the first customer contact, through needs analysis and presentation (demo) to negotiation and contract conclusion
• Active relationship management and comprehensive support of partnerships with our software manufacturers are second nature to you and part of your daily business
• Creating offers for our customers in collaboration with product experts
• Jointly developing and implementing sales activities with internal specialist departments
• You are our face at events (trade fairs, events, conferences, etc.) 

• You have a university or university of applied sciences degree or a sales qualification
• You bring at least 3 years of experience in software sales, ideally in the field of HR software
• As a true sales person, you convince with a positive charisma and positive thinking
• Your communication skills and assertiveness drive you forward, and you gladly take on responsibility
• You communicate confidently and convincingly in German and English

• Working in Dübendorf with top infrastructure, at home office and on site with our customers
