Your tasks

• Operation and monitoring of our production facilities in the area
• Ensuring a smooth production process while adhering to quality, hygiene, and safety requirements
• Identifying and resolving simple malfunctions as well as supporting optimisations of production processes
• Carrying out cleaning and inspection tasks according to specifications
• Assisting with the training of new employees and actively collaborating within the production team
• Careful documentation of production data in the ERP system

Your profile

• Completed training in the food industry, dairy technology, or a comparable field is an advantage
• Experience in the food industry, dairy industry, or cheese factory
• Experience with ERP systems is an advantage
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form (at least level B2-C1)
• Willingness to work shifts
• Teamwork skills as well as a reliable and independent working style
