Due to internal development, we are seeking reinforcement for our three-person supply chain management team. At our site in Sempach, we produce around 250 different customer-specific sets and ensure their reliable supply and timely production.
Tasks & Responsibilities

Processing customer inquiries and internal product requests (changes, variants, compilation of new sets) and creating contracts for customer-specific sets

Feasibility assessment of new sets regarding products and their composition

Calculation of manufacturing costs in collaboration with production and determination of the sales price in cooperation with Sales & Marketing

Creation of new sets and changes to existing sets. Ensuring correct master data maintenance and timely implementation in coordination with the relevant departments

Determination and analysis of material and goods requirements considering sales forecasts, customer orders, and inventory targets

Planning, control, and monitoring of timely procurement of materials and services in close cooperation with suppliers and internal stakeholders

Creation, coordination, and optimisation of production plans to ensure efficient resource utilisation and timely order processing

Responsibility for inventory management and warehouse administration

Continuous analysis and optimisation of processes along the supply chain to ensure delivery capability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness

Close collaboration with purchasing, production, logistics, quality management, sales, and marketing departments
Professional Competencies
-
Completed commercial training or comparable education/experience
-
Organisational skills and, if applicable, experience in project management/co-ordination

Fluent German as well as French and English skills desired

Good Microsoft Office and SAP knowledge

SCM knowledge is an advantage
