What is my role?

As Team Department Head Ventilation, you take on the professional and disciplinary leadership of your team and ensure the smooth running of all projects in the field of ventilation technology. You are responsible for the planning, coordination and monitoring of ventilation projects and ensure that all deadlines and quality standards are met. In doing so, you work closely with other departments and are the central contact person for your team. You further develop your employees, conduct regular discussions and promote a positive team culture. In addition, you take care of the technical development of the department and advance innovative solutions.

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a ventilation system builder or building services planner specialising in ventilation

• Advanced technical training, e.g. as a technician HF or a comparable qualification

• Experience in project management in the field of ventilation

• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as a solution-oriented way of working

• Strong planning, organisational and coordination skills

• Experience in a leadership role as well as enjoyment in leading and developing employees

• High social competence as well as a loyal, trustworthy and resilient personality

• Enjoyment of direct customer contact and maintaining long-term customer relationships
