Your mission
The maintenance team plays a key role in ensuring the full functionality of our pharmaceutical production facilities through a comprehensive approach to preventive and corrective maintenance in compliance with the specific standards of our field (cGMP).
To strengthen our weekend organisation, we are looking for a weekend maintenance technician working in a shift team. In this role, you ensure the availability and performance of our equipment during weekend production periods. Within a professional and committed team, you bring your technical expertise and work independently on production equipment.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and diagnose faults on production and packaging facilities
- Analyse failures and implement sustainable solutions
- Carry out preventive maintenance activities on installations and equipment
- Ensure the technical availability of production equipment during the weekend
- Participate in continuous improvement projects within the framework of Operational Excellence
- Write work instructions and ad hoc lessons learned
- Ensure the recording and follow-up of interventions in the CMMS (SAP)
- Collaborate closely with production teams and other technical departments
Professional skills
- Federal VET diploma as an automation technician, mechanic-electrician, polymechanic or equivalent training
- Proven experience of 5 to 10 years in the maintenance of automated industrial installations
- Experience on high-speed production and packaging lines
- Ideally with additional technical training (Technician ES or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of mechanics, electricity, automation and pneumatics
- Good skills in robotics and industrial automation
- Experience in a demanding industrial environment, ideally regulated
