Tasks

Independent resolution of IT issues by taking over the customer’s screen
Telephone support in at least 2 national languages, prioritising, triaging and forwarding problem tickets to the responsible specialist departments
Installation and commissioning of hardware and software as well as performing simple repairs
Participation in migration and rollout projects, support with relocation and refurbishment projects
Creation and updating of instructions and documentation

Completed vocational training as an IT specialist
Very good knowledge of Windows 10, Microsoft Office 365 as well as iOS and Android smartphones/devices
Good German skills as well as good knowledge of at least one other national language (French, Italian) spoken and written
Driving licence category B
Willingness to work shifts, on-call duty and at fringe hours
