Responsibilities:
You plan personnel deployment in purchasing and are responsible for the professional leadership and individual development of the team.
You manage ongoing procurement based on production needs and spare parts business requirements.
You regularly check supplier performance and clarify deviations in deadlines or material availability.
You take care of defined suppliers and coordinate further cooperation.
You monitor inventory key figures and delivery results and implement corrective measures if necessary.
You handle material forecasts and discontinued parts in coordination with the relevant departments.
For technical changes, you coordinate the necessary adjustments with development, purchasing and external partners.
You improve data quality and standardise workflows and system processes in the procurement area.
Qualifications:
A technical apprenticeship with further training in leadership or business administration forms your professional basis; alternatively, you have a technical degree.
You have several years of experience in industrial purchasing and have already led employees.
You are familiar with operational procurement, material planning and supplier management.
You can conduct negotiations purposefully and communicate matters clearly to different contacts.
You analyse figures and key data confidently and use them to assess processes and results.
You take responsibility, set priorities and work independently even with short-term changes.
You bring a pragmatic working style and willingness to collaborate with other departments.
You have very good German and English skills and good SAP and MS Office knowledge; additional language skills are welcome.
