Service / Cashier Staff on Call
Responsibilities
- Courteous and competent care and advice for guests at the till and service station
- Serving food and drinks including cash handling
- Active sales with upselling and recommendation of our specials
- Performing cash register closings and daily accounts
- Advising guests on our offerings and providing information on allergens
- Compliance with and implementation of all hygiene regulations (HACCP)
Requirements
- Several years of experience in service or gastronomy
- Friendly, well-groomed, and service-oriented appearance
- Affinity for system gastronomy and enjoyment of structured processes
- Resilience and calmness even during busy guest periods
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- German language skills at B1 level, additional languages are an advantage
