• Supervision, coaching and skills development of a team of 3 mechanics
• Management of maintenance plans to increase equipment availability and reduce unplanned downtime
• Development and improvement of preventive and predictive maintenance strategies
• Operation and evolution of online monitoring systems
• Participation in the integration and optimisation of robotic solutions
• Analysis of critical failures and implementation of sustainable actions
• Close collaboration with production, engineering and external partners

What you bringexpand_more

• Basic technical training (CFC) complemented by a higher professional education diploma (BF/DF/ES) preferred
• 3 to 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance
• Initial experience in supervision or willingness to move into a leadership role
• Experience in preventive / predictive maintenance
• Interest in digitalisation, sensors and data analysis
• CMMS knowledge (SAP PM an advantage)
• Structured, solution-oriented approach and team spirit
• Native French speaker, with experience in technical German preferred
