Specialist Responsible for Business Processes and Systems (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF95,000 - 115,000Responsibilities:
- As the specialist responsible for business processes and systems, you will maintain and further develop our logistics, billing, and interface systems
- You will take on the technical integration of new customers, for example through XML and webshop connections
- In this role, you analyse existing workflows and implement targeted process optimisations
- You work on projects related to systems and processes and, if necessary, also take on project management
- As the specialist responsible for business processes and systems, you coordinate customer service, operations, and external IT partners to ensure smooth processes
- You ensure stable operational day-to-day business and support the departments with technical queries
Qualifications:
- You have completed training or further education in the process field (e.g. process specialist, process technician), logistics and/or with a technical background.
- You have experience in analysing, designing, and optimising systems, interfaces, or ERP solutions, ideally in the context of parallel logistics.
- You understand operational workflows, preferably in logistics, and think analytically to grasp complex interrelations and develop pragmatic, cross-departmental solutions.
- You work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner and are not afraid to actively get involved in operational processes.
- You communicate clearly, have very good German skills, and can convey concerns understandably to various contacts.
- You have a high IT affinity and experience with ERP, WMS, or other operational systems and interfaces.
