Linux System Engineer - Application Services (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
You take responsibility for Linux systems, databases and container technologies in your area of expertise
You operate and monitor test and production systems and ensure their availability in daily operations
You create technical concepts, document systematically and ensure comprehensive operational documentation
You actively participate in exciting projects and contribute your expertise purposefully
Your role combines system operation, technological understanding and project work in a versatile environment
Qualifications:
IT specialist with a federal diploma and at least five years of professional experience in system operation, ideally in heterogeneous IT landscapes
Deep expertise in Linux environments (especially RHEL) as well as experience with virtualisation and container technologies
Native-level German required, English skills desired, Oracle knowledge an advantage
Tech stack: RHEL, Docker, Kubernetes, VMware, Oracle DB (optional), bash, KVM
