Technical Buyer 80-100% (m/f/d)
Our Rocken partner is a company in the industrial sector that offers technical products and solutions for various industries. The focus is on quality, reliable processes and a customer-oriented approach. Employees can expect a versatile working environment with varied tasks.
Responsibilities:
Obtaining and processing offers for technical materials and external services
Coordinating delivery dates with suppliers and following up on open orders
Keeping production-relevant documents and work materials up to date
Recording, checking and correcting ERP master data as needed
Coordinating material disposition with internal departments
Checking project progress and reporting deviations to the responsible parties
Preparing calculation bases and conducting cost comparisons
Further developing existing processes in purchasing and order processing
Qualifications:
Commercial apprenticeship with further training in purchasing or technical basic training with additional commercial qualification
Professional experience in procurement, production planning or production preparation
Knowledge of the industrial environment, preferably in mechanical or plant engineering
Experience in handling technical orders and projects
Familiarity with ERP applications and their master data management
Good user skills in MS Office
Understanding of technical contexts and operational material flows
Structured working method and reliable coordination of various stakeholders
