Operational Buyer 100% (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Handling ongoing order management including orders and framework agreements
Supporting selected suppliers with operational procurement issues
Coordination regarding price deviations, invoice discrepancies and delivery delays
Recording and updating SAP master data for materials and delivery conditions
Accompanying new suppliers in the introduction to existing purchasing processes
Monitoring quality cases and required supplier certificates
Conducting supplier evaluations and preparing relevant information
Collaborating with category management and other departments on projects
Qualifications:
Commercial or technical apprenticeship with further training in purchasing or supply chain
Good practical knowledge of SAP and understanding of standardised purchasing processes
Confident communication with suppliers and internal contacts
Independent working style with a strong solution orientation
Assertiveness and at the same time good teamwork
Willingness to take on responsibility in a newly aligned role
Willingness to travel about 20%
Confident use of German and English in a professional environment
